Prophet with scroll

Profeta con cartiglio
The spire is located on the south side of the central Terrace, towards Palazzo Reale. The statue, which can be dated around the first half of the 19th century, portrays a young man clothed in a tunic which leaves his legs uncovered and is fastened on his right shoulder by a clasp. His hair is short, and he has a proud look. In his left hand, he holds a rolled-up scroll.
