St. Isidore returns today to suggest us an easy but fast recipe, that kids will love as snack, discovering Milan cooking traditions.

The Paradell, also known as Lacia, Cutizza or Brusada in different areas of Lomabrdia, is a simple but tasty sweet, that can be prepared with ingredients that can be found in every kitchen.

0.44 lb flour
3 eggs
1 glass of milk
Lemon peel
Powdered sugar

Mix eggs and milk, the lemon peel and salt; add gradually the flour and stir it up to obtain a creamy and smooth batter.

Grease a pan with butter; pure one or two spoons of batter and cook both sides until gilded.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and help hot.
